You grant FindNearby Internet Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your listing content on our platform and in our API for the purpose of operating the directory.
We reserve the right to modify, remove, or refuse to display any listing that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our content guidelines, without prior notice or liability.
Reviews on FindNearby.in must reflect the genuine experience of the reviewer. The following are strictly prohibited:
Business owners may flag reviews for moderation. We will investigate flagged reviews and remove those that violate this policy within 48 hours. We will not remove negative reviews that are genuine.

The FindNearby.in name, logo, website design, software, compiled business data, and all other proprietary elements are the exclusive property of FindNearby Internet Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
Our compiled directory database is protected under the sui generis database rights available under Indian law. Systematic extraction or re-utilisation of substantial portions of the database is prohibited.
Premium plan fees are charged annually. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. We issue a GST-compliant invoice for all payments. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; their terms also apply. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Premium plans. Refund requests must be submitted to support@findnearby.in. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, FindNearby Internet Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution of disputes through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days. Disputes not resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, with the arbitration conducted in English in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
